Privacy Policy

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your organization and role (optional)
• The sector you selected
• The description you provide of what you'd like help with
• The date and time of your submission

We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral profiling on this site.

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a discovery call
• To send you a confirmation that we received your submission
• To maintain a record of incoming inquiries for our own follow-up

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Submissions are stored in a secure database hosted by our backend provider (Supabase, on infrastructure operated by Lovable). Email notifications are sent through our email infrastructure provider. Both providers process data on our behalf under their respective terms of service.

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as the inquiry remains active or relevant to an ongoing engagement, after which they may be archived or deleted. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

You may, at any time:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of that information
• Unsubscribe from any non-transactional email we send

We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) for all data in transit. Submissions are stored with access restricted to authorized personnel only. No system is perfectly secure; in the unlikely event of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
