We specialize in entering organizations that are growing faster than their systems, diagnosing the root causes of operational dysfunction, building the infrastructure those organizations need to scale, and exiting cleanly — leaving documented processes, trained teams, and sustainable systems behind.
We are not a staffing agency. We are not a project management tool. We are an embedded operational partner — the person in the room (or on the screen) who sees what is broken, knows how to fix it, and does the work required to make the fix stick.
Vicky is a self-directed systems builder — having self-taught GATS registration, implemented e-signature workflows, built Google Looker Studio dashboards from scratch, and independently resolved production reporting issues that had no existing documentation to reference. She operates remotely, works across time zones, and brings the same rigor to an 8-hour-per-week embedded engagement as a high-volume deadline sprint.
